All Step By Step Co. collections are available through preorder.

Once the preorder period closes, production begins with our manufacturer. As our pieces are made to order, purchases are not shipped immediately after ordering.

The estimated production and dispatch timeframe for each collection will be listed on the relevant product page.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Once your order arrives at Step By Step Co., each item is carefully quality checked, packed and dispatched from Western Australia via Australia Post.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Australia

Standard and Express shipping options are available at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated during the preorder period.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and Australia Post.

Canada & United Kingdom

We currently offer international shipping to Canada and the United Kingdom.

Shipping is available at a flat rate of $20 AUD.

Please allow approximately 15–20 business days from dispatch for delivery. This timeframe does not include the preorder production period.

Tracking details will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other fees that may be charged upon arrival.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Once a parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, delays caused by postal services, customs or other circumstances outside of Step By Step Co.’s control may occur.
